Street Artist/Photographer JR takes Kenya

This shit is amazing. French photographer JR took photos he'd taken of Kenyan women, supersized them, and covered the roofs of a Kenyan village with them. Apparently, JR's recent work has been focused on documenting women from around the world. The second photo is crazy! The bottom half of the faces are on the hill and the eyes are on a train so when it passes, it makes the faces whole. Check it all out yourself at http://28millimetres.com/women/?ke.

Something about a green face...

...and rosy cheeks always turns me on.

Thanks, Kanyezee.

Last thing I steal tonight.

Photos by Hendrik Kerstens. I like photos that look like paintings and paintings that look like photos.

They say people look like their pets, yeah?

Allyson Mitchell's Humanimals

P.S. I steal a lot from Beautiful Decay. I fell I should fess.

I made this.

WELCOME from Michael Nason on Vimeo.

Psych. I just dreamed it once, I think. Mike Nason made it. I don't know him, but I bet I could love him. Looks like Tim and Erik.

Green fo that ass...

He didn't design it (actually, he found the plastic slipcover at Walmart) but Nick DeMarco, a CCA student, had the good sense to fill it. And I feel it.
