Whiz Kids

There's a band I like a lot. We had the pleasure of seeing them play in Culver City at a gallery whose name escapes me now. One of the dudes in the band was dressed exactly like Saville and another dude in the audience apparently got the memo because he was dressed the same, too. Here's what they were wearing:



which happens to be the official uniform of boys in Echo Park.


Anyway, the band is called So Many Wizards and if I could I would put some of their songs on here. But I don't know how. Here's a look at an EP of their's instead.



If I were you, I'd buy it and love it. It sounds like the kind of music you'd like to represent your life-- quirky, happy, kinda beachy pop music, but not in an embarrassing way. They call it bedroom pop and I'll take it.
